These Terms govern your access to and use of QuantPrep.org (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

1. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Registration is via Google OAuth. You are responsible for activities under your account.

2. The Service & Permitted Use

QuantPrep provides quantitative interview practice and speed math drills.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Intellectual Property

All QuantPrep content is our property and protected by applicable law.
You own your personal and performance data but grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

No illegal or harmful activity.
No reverse-engineering or scraping.
No redistribution of QuantPrep content without consent.
No interference with Service integrity.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
No guarantee of content accuracy or interview outcomes.
Content is educational only and not professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantPrep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions stay in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
