Welcome to QuantPrep.org (“QuantPrep,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Username chosen during onboarding.

B. Information We Receive from Third Parties

• Google OAuth: Your name and email address (never your password) when you sign in with Google.

C. Information We Collect Automatically

• Performance & Usage: Answers, correctness, scores, high scores, topic choices, and drill settings.
• Log & Device: IP address, browser, device, OS, and timestamped request logs.
• Cookies: Essential session cookies from Supabase to keep you logged in.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and maintain the Service and your account.
• Personalize your experience and display performance data.
• Improve features through aggregated analytics.
• Respond to inquiries sent to support@quantprep.org.

3. How We Share Your Information

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run QuantPrep:

• Supabase: Auth + database. See their policy at supabase.com/privacy.
• Google OAuth: Sign-in service. Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Vercel: Hosting and optional analytics. Policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Supabase enforces robust security on stored data. No method is perfectly secure, but we follow industry best practices.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently erases all personal and performance data.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access/update your username in Settings.
• Delete your account at any time in Settings.
• Contact us at support@quantprep.org for any additional requests.

7. Children's Privacy

QuantPrep is not directed at children under 13. We delete any information collected from a child under 13 upon discovery.

8. International Data Transfers

Data is processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will post updates here and revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
